*Rigidity: Cast acrylic
sheet does not have the rigidity of glass or metals. However, it is more
rigid than many other transparent plastics such as acetates, ,
polycarbonate, and polyester.
*UV Light Resistance:Clear
acrylic sheet resists ultraviolet light degradation. Each acrylic sheet will
last years and years without yellowing or loss of light transmission.
*Paper Masking: All of
our sheets are protected by a paper masking. Paper masking is always
superior to a film masking. It allows you to cut, sand and move the sheet
without getting the sheet scratched. The paper masking stays in place until
your project is done.

shipped with UPS. We also have sheets up to 48" x 96" in stock, please call

Delvie’s Plastics offers only cell cast acrylic sheet, the highest
quality available. Unlike inferior grades, cell cast acrylic sheet
will not melt when cutting on a table or band saw or while gang
cutting. When polishing, only cell cast sheet will polish to a high
luster. All sheets are paper masked, both sides. Don’t look for
“better or lesser” grades of acrylic sheet from Delvie’s. We offer
only the best products at prices matching the economy grades of our
competitors.

Please note: We cut our sheets to a tolerance of +/-
1/16". Often our customers are cutting the acrylic sheet to smaller sizes
and would appreciate a slightly oversized sheet, if it is available. When
checking out please check "standard" for our standard tolerance of +/- 1/16"
or "oversized" for a sheet tolerance of -1/16" to +1/2" (at no extra
charge). (If oversized is checked we will do our best to give you a sheet
that is up to 1/2" larger in length and width, but we can not guarantee that
it will be available. You may still get a standard tolerance sheet but we
will do our best to send it oversized.)
