Q. What is included and excluded with coupon codes?

A. All of our acrylic sheet, extruded acrylic rods, glues, and cleaners are eligible with our coupon codes. All machinery and accessories are not eligible including Stripheaters, Universal Laser Systems. Cell Cast Acrylic rods are not eligible

Q. What do you charge for shipping?

A. Our shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and where the order is shipping to. When placing an order, you will have the option of entering a few pieces of info to get a shipping quote based on your current basket contents.


Q.Do you accept returns?

A. We typically don't receive return requests, however, we do accept them. We cannot accept returns of any sheets that are in any way altered from their original condition, including any part of the masking peeled. Other items that are ORM-D cannot be returned due to the hazardous nature of the material. ORM-D items include: Casting Resin, Polymer Coating, & Weld-On Products. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including any associated Oversize surcharges required by UPS & FedEx


Q.How do your discounts work?

A.Our discounts are based on quantity. Each product page displays the discount structure along with the number of sheets needed to meet the percentage discount.


Q.What is the difference between transparent vs translucent acrylic sheet?

A.Transparent acrylic sheet allows light to pass through so that objects behind can be distinctly seen. Translucent acrylic sheet allows light, but not detailed shapes, to pass through. Translucent acrylic sheet is sometimes referred to as ’sign grade material’, which is good for backlighting, signing, and displays.


Q.What happens if I receive a damaged product?

A.We always package products to ensure safe and satisfactory delivery, however, if your item is damaged or defective during the shipping process contact us immediately to ensure your product is replaced or refunded.


Q.How do I track my order?

A.Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a unique tracking ID which will depend on the method of shipment you’ve chosen during checkout


Q.How do I change my order?

A.We typically ship orders within 1 business day once placed. If you need to change your order details please contact us immediately by phone at 801-467-1548. While we respond to emails in a timely manner, orders have usually shipped by the time change order requests via email are addressed.


Q.When will my order ship?

A.We typically ship orders within 1 business day once placed. Please allow 1-2 business days to recieve your tracking information. Some items such as custom orders - including all laser orders - may take longer to ship. Please email or call us if you have questions regarding shipping time.
