BEVELERS

Beveling is the operation of putting a finished edge on a piece of engraving stock.  It is done by cutting a 45 degree edge on the edge of the engraving stock.

CORNER ROUNDERS

SM90 Corner Rounder.

Unique "shear action." Upper and lower knives cut engraving material evenly and uniformly, producing sharp, crisp rounded corners for your signs, plaques and tags. Handles up to 1/8" thick material. Capable of cutting radii of 1/8", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", with standard radius cutting units that are interchangeable without use of tools or adjustments. Not suitable for phenolic or acrylics. Cutting units anr not included (see below).

CORNER ROUNDER BLADES

The following blades are used with our SM90 corner rounder for making signs with round corners.  These blades also work with paper, soft metals, cardboard and similar materials.

SAFETY SHEAR

Our heavy duty safety shear comes with a safety guard to protect against accidentally getting fingers or objects into the blade area.  This shear will cut flexible engraving stock up to 3/32" up to 12" wide.  It has a slide gage which allows you to cut the same width over and over.  Example:  to cut a 1" x 3" tag, cut a strip of engraving stock to 3" wide x 24" long, set the slide gage to 1" and slide the material to the stop and cut the material over and over.  You can cut 24 pcs in less than one minute.  Designed to cut clean without any burs.  Not for use with acrylic or phenolic sheets.
 

Safety Note:  This shear is not a toy!  The blade is razor sharp.  Never disable the safety guard.
